I have worked at Amazon since 2011 in a variety of organizations as an engineer and presently a manager.
- 2019-Present, Software Development Manager (Amazon.com)
- Managing a team within Amazon’s emerging devices group.
- 2018-2019, Software Development Manager (AWS, WorkSpaces)
- Managed WorkSpaces the team that launched Linux WorkSpaces.
- 2015-2018, Software Development Manager (AWS, S3)
- Managed the S3 Lifecycle team. During my tenure we launched:
- S3 Lifecycle Management support for S3 Object tags.
- S3 Glacier support for restore tiers.
- S3 Lifecycle Management of abandoned multipart uploads and expired delete markers.
- 2014-2015, Software Development Manager (Amazon.com)
- I managed various teams in the Amazon digital products organization. Their purview was mostly in ramping down the existing Firephone infrastructure and a few experimental products that did not make it past the prototype phase.
- 2011-2014, Software Development Engineer (Amazon.com)
- I worked as an software development engineer within the the Amazon digital products organization. My contributions were within:
- The Fire Phone contacts and text messaging applicationsand services infrastruture. I also made contributions within the Audio Management stack, and 3D system chrome.
- The Fire HD contacts applications and and services infrastructure.
